Shipping Within Canada
- We offer shipping across Canada using trusted couriers.
- Orders are typically processed within 3 – 5 business days after payment and design approval.
- Delivery times depend on the courier and your location.
Local Ottawa Delivery – Uber Drop
- We ship across Canada with trusted couriers. For customers in Ottawa and surrounding areas, we offer a fast local delivery service via Uber Drop, available as an optional service.
- Orders can be delivered the same day or within 1–2 business days, depending on your location and order time.
- Uber Drop deliveries are ideal for urgent orders or those who prefer a quick, local handoff.
- Customers may choose to pay the current Uber rate for delivery or arrange to pick up their order in person. Shipping costs for standard courier services are calculated at checkout.
Order Processing
- Custom items are made to order. Production begins once payment is confirmed and the design is approved.
- For bulk orders, production may take longer depending on quantity and complexity.

Shipping Charges
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Uber Drop local delivery charges will be added at checkout for Ottawa-area orders.

Tracking Your Order
- For courier shipping, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Uber Drop deliveries will be coordinated directly; you will receive an estimated delivery time.
Delays & Issues
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, traffic, or weather.
- Delays caused by couriers do not qualify for refunds, as shipping is outside our control.
Damaged or Lost Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at order@reinspirecreation.ca with your order number and photos of the issue.
- We will review and provide a replacement or refund if approved.
Bulk Orders Shipping
- Shipping for bulk orders may take longer depending on order size.
- A shipping estimate will be provided before production begins.
