Return & Refund Policy

At Reinspire Creation, we take pride in creating custom, personalized products designed just for you. Due to the nature of our business, most orders are non-refundable once production has started.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@reinspirecreation.ca with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will review the case and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.

Orders can only be returned under the following conditions:

  • The item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized products made according to your specifications.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.
  • Delays caused by the courier or shipping service, as we cannot control their delivery times.

Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Replacement items will be produced and shipped as quickly as possible, depending on product availability and customization requirements.

For bulk orders, please review your order carefully before confirming. Special discounts or bulk pricing are not refundable once the order has been confirmed and production has begun.
