Ordering Bulk Items
When placing a bulk order, please provide complete details of your design, quantity, and any customization requirements. Bulk orders are considered confirmed only after you approve the final design proof and place full payment or a deposit, depending on the agreement.

We offer special discounts for bulk orders throughout the year. Discount rates may vary depending on quantity and product type. Once a bulk order is confirmed and production has begun, prices are locked in and are non-refundable, even if delivery is delayed.
Production and Delivery
Production timelines for bulk orders depend on quantity, design complexity, and seasonal demand. Estimated delivery dates will be provided at the time of confirmation. While we make every effort to meet these timelines, delays caused by couriers or external factors are not eligible for refunds.
Order Approval
Before production starts, we will provide a design proof for your approval. Changes after production has begun may incur additional charges or cause delays.
Damaged or Defective Items
If items arrive damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
